What I did

I chose interviews for developing the hiring web application because they offer deep insights, detailed feedback, and help refine requirements while uncovering new ides.

The next step was to create a persona from the data, detailing demographics, needs, goals, to refine the product

Why the Persona Method

I chose the persona method to better understand the target audience’s needs. goals, and pain points. This helps in creating a product that aligns with user expectations and improves design and functionality.

  • Struggling to manage a large volume of applications.
  • Difficulty ensuring a seamless communication flow with candidates.
  • Often overwhelmed by manual tasks in candidate screening.

Now, I created user stories to gain a clearer understanding and more detailed documentation of the users’ needs and experiences.

Why the User stories

I chose user stories because they help define specific features and functionalities from the user’s perspective, clarify user needs and goals, prioritize development tasks.

I created prototype to visualize concepts, gather user feedback, iterate on design improvements and validate user needs early in the development.

What I did

I developed more than 30 screens visualizing the functions of the future interface

Logo

I created a modern and memorable logo that combines a graphic elements and the name of the service itself

Authorisation

This design decisions is made with the aim of improving usability, providing clarity and creating a pleasant atmosphere for users when they begin their interaction with the platform.

Dashboard Page

Is the most crucial elements in a dashboard, as users will visit it most frequently. Everything should be clear and simple. Color and contrast accents will help guide the user.

The dashboard page is the core of the users data’s, demanding clarity and simplicity. Guide users with strategic of color and contrast.

Calendar page

People process information differently, so adding a calendar will help provide a clearer overview.

A meeting calendar where users can view all meetings by data on one screen is an extremely feature for tracking interviews.
